For this labeling project, I helped bring to life a fresh and approachable hot sauce brand centered around the idea that great flavor is meant to be shared.
I defined the visual identity across the packaging and Amazon storefront, creating a balance of bold energy and premium simplicity. I created the key illustrative elements, such as the custom fire and pepper iconography. Adding a handcrafted touch and reinforcing the brand's position as a versatile sauce designed for real kitchens and everyday use.

1. The Challenge - Good Fire Co. emerged as a hot sauce brand rooted in Mexican food culture and handcrafted recipes. They needed a complete brand identity, packaging system, and digital retail presence built from the ground up. The primary challenge was to capture the vibrant, communal nature of gathering around the table while striking a careful balance between bold, fiery energy and premium simplicity.
2. The Goal - The goal was to build a cohesive identity centered on the core idea that great flavor is meant to be shared. Every touchpoint needed to clearly communicate freshness, quality, and everyday versatility, ultimately positioning Good Fire Co. as a premium hot sauce designed for real kitchens, real meals, and regular use.
3. The Approach - The creative direction focused on building a visual system that felt fresh, approachable, and distinctly ownable. The design incorporated custom fire and pepper iconography, an energetic color palette of vibrant greens, and clean typography. Across both physical packaging and digital Amazon assets, the strategy prioritized clear visual hierarchy and ingredient-forward storytelling to ensure the brand's quality stood out.
4. The Outcome - The final identity gave Good Fire Co. a striking physical shelf presence alongside a highly optimized e-commerce experience. From the logo to the Amazon storefront, the cohesive visuals successfully communicate the brand’s premium yet accessible nature. With a clear, engaging identity in place, Good Fire Co. is perfectly positioned to become an everyday staple in modern kitchens.
