SunFed Ranch

I was the Lead Graphic Designer responsible for creating all the graphic assets during SunFed Ranch's full-scale brand transformation. This extensive project redefined the brand's visual identity across nearly every consumer touchpoint, guided by Third Street's "All Beef. No Bull." campaign.

My design work spanned both digital and print media, encompassing the entire visual ecosystem of the relaunched brand. Specifically, I took the lead in designing the brand identity, creating the packaging, and print collateral. On the digital side, I was responsible for paid media banners, presentations, and website graphics.

The cohesive and high-quality design I executed across all these graphic assets was instrumental in the successful brand relaunch. It quickly resonated with both customers and retailers, effectively resetting the standard for the beef category.

"All Beef. No Bull."

Challenge And Outcome

  1. The Challenge - SunFed Ranch, a producer of 100% grass-fed beef, needed to stand out in a highly competitive market and drive greater product demand.

  2. The Goal - Redefine the brand and launch a high-impact, cross-channel campaign to boost awareness and retail performance.

  3. The Approach - Executed a comprehensive brand refresh that included an updated logo and a full identity system. Over 25 new packaging SKUs were designed, each tailored for strong shelf presence across multiple product lines. Partnering cross-functionally to develop the campaign concept “All Beef. No Bull.”, clearly communicating SunFed’s core values of transparency and quality. Assets included print, packaging, social, web graphics, and visuals for video production.

  4. The Outcome - The campaign delivered exceptional results, including a 21,672% increase in social engagement year-over-year (yes, really). SKUs sold out, reorders increased, and SunFed Ranch gained expanded shelf space across major retailers. The brand emerged as a breakout leader in the grass-fed beef category, achieving greater visibility and building lasting consumer loyalty in a crowded market.
