SunFed Ranch
SunFed Ranch underwent a full-scale brand transformation, redefining everything from strategy to design across nearly every consumer touchpoint. The project included a multifaceted national campaign, a robust digital presence, and an entirely new packaging system for dozens of 100% grass-fed beef products. From burgers and steaks to ground beef and meatballs, each product received the "All Beef. No Bull." treatment with fresh ranching and food photography to match. With just a month to develop and launch the new website, the Third Street team crafted an immersive online experience that highlights SunFed’s unique approach to ranching, alongside a consumer-friendly "Beef Hacks" library. The result was a brand relaunch that resonated with both customers and retailers, literally and figuratively getting eaten up, and resetting the standard for what it means to rebrand in the beef category.

Challenge And Outcome

The Challenge - SunFed Ranch, a producer of 100% grass-fed beef, needed to stand out in a highly competitive market and drive greater product demand.

The Goal - Redefine the brand and launch a high-impact, cross-channel campaign to boost awareness and retail performance.

The Approach - We executed a comprehensive brand refresh that included an updated logo and a full identity system. Over 25 new packaging SKUs were designed, each tailored for strong shelf presence across multiple product lines. We partnered cross-functionally to develop the campaign concept “All Beef. No Bull.”, clearly communicating SunFed’s core values of transparency and quality. Assets included print, packaging, social, web graphics, and visuals for video production, all crafted to align with modern consumer values.

The Outcome - The campaign delivered exceptional results, including a 21,672% increase in social engagement year-over-year (yes, really). SKUs sold out, reorders increased, and SunFed Ranch gained expanded shelf space across major retailers. The brand emerged as a breakout leader in the grass-fed beef category, achieving greater visibility and building lasting consumer loyalty in a crowded market.
